Pavel is the best! Locked my keys in my car and had to get my kid to school. Called the service and they said a technician would call. About 2 min I got the call and he said he’d be there in 20. He was there in even less. Friendly and attentive, and fast to get the car unlocked with no damage. Thanks Pavel!!
★★★★★
My dog is safely enclosed behind a locked gate because Pavel came to
our house within the time he promised and quickly rekeyed and relocked
our gate door. He did everything he said he would and was extremely
polite. Excellent service! Thanks, Lock Stars! I will be calling again!
★★★★★
So happy we went with Lock Stars Ohio. My husband and I got locked out of our house and when we called Lock Stars, Pavel was so quick to respond. I loved how he kept us updated regarding his ETA so we weren’t anxious about when our locksmith would get here. Once he arrived, he was able to get through 3 of our locks in just 10 minutes. He was so friendly and tried his best to make the experience less stressful for us. We super appreciate all his help!
★★★★★
Pavel installed a double door maglock on my double push door, which is the entrance to my building. It involved electrical work, so you could say it was a complicated job, but they handled it so well. They did a great job and I am considering them my locksmiths moving forward. It was also fairly priced.
